- Outline of the Tickets
- The Tickets are for online viewing the Performance at the date and time specified at the time of purchase, in a “Specific Viewing Environment”.
- It is not possible to go back and watch the Performance after the delivery time has passed.
- The Specific Viewing Environment refers to the environment in which the sample videos posted on this site can be played. Please play the sample video to confirm that it can be played without any problems in your viewing environment.
- The customers who are unable to play the sample video in their viewing environment will not be able to view the Performance even if they have purchased the Tickets.
- Tickets will not be refunded even if customers are unable to view the event due to viewing environment of the customers.
- After purchasing the Ticket, the customer will be given a serial code required to log in to the distribution page of the performance.
- Sales of the Thickets
- Amazon Pay shall be used as the payment method for the purchase of the Tickets. Please also check Amazon Pay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before using this service.
- After the purchase of the Ticket, the purchase contract cannot be cancelled for the convenience of the customer.
- The Tickets will not be refunded even if the customers are unable to view the Performance due to circumstances beyond their control.
- Compliance with the Attention, etc.
- In addition to the matters set forth in these Terms of Use, the customers shall also review and comply with the Attention set forth on the Site.
- The Customers shall not be able to download the video of the Performance.
- The customers shall not use the video of the Performance to be distributed in any way, including filming, recording, or advertising.
- Liability Limitations
- The Company shall not be liable to the customers for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Performance. However, if the contract between the customer and the Company is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, this shall not apply, and the provisions of the following paragraph shall apply.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by special circumstances (including cases where the Company or the customer foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damage) among damage caused to the customer due to the Company's default or tort and even in the event that the Company is liable to the customer for damages, the maximum amount of damages shall be the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the Ticket. However, this shall not apply in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the Company's part.
- Language
- The Japanese language version of these Terms of Use and the Site is legally binding in case any inconsistencies between Japanese version and English version.
